The Holy Spirit, also called the Holy Ghost, is the Spirit of God.

The Grace of Jesus, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit; you need them all.

The Holy Spirit represents:

· God; the Holy Spirit is God.

· The unlimited presence of Jesus. He is Jesus unlimited.

· He is the wisdom of God.

· He is the revealer of the presence and power of God.

· He is the author of the scriptures 2 Peter 1:21, 2 Timothy 3:16

Zechariah 4:6, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Genesis 1:2, Matthew 3:14–17, Matthew 28:18–20, Acts 7:54–59

Christianity is not a religion. Religion is man’s attempt to reveal God without the Holy Spirit.

Christianity is a revelation. It is an experience. The Holy Spirit birthed the church. The Holy Spirit has an exact distinct form.

Partnership is a product of fellowship. Partnership with the Holy Spirit is to work with Him. The starting point of a believer in Christ is fellowship with the Holy Spirit. He works in you and lives in you. You become an expression of His reality. Many people know His power, and His Influence but do not know His person.

You know Him when you can prove that you carry His presence. His presence is a product of a real relationship. How you know He is with you is joy unspeakable. Joy is one of the benefits of His presence. When there is nothing else you have, keep your joy. The true source of joy unspeakable is the presence of the Holy Spirit. Convent that fellowship, don’t be busy for it. Don’t ignore Him.

Ministry of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is our Advantage, Helper, and Comforter.

Concerning men, the Holy Spirit has 2 folds assignments:

Ministry of unbelievers John 15:26–27, John 6:44, John 16:7–8

Ministry to believers (the body of Christ) 2 Corinthians 13:14. The ministry of the Holy Spirit in the life of believers is manifested through communion, fellowship, or presence of the Holy Spirit. Your assignment is to create an atmosphere for communion. Prayer is a subset of fellowship Philippians 2:1. The Holy Spirit turns men to signs and wonders. He is your advantage, your possibility for rising or lifting.

Every time there is confusion and chaos, call on the Holy Spirit. Before you speak or say, verify His presence is there. Genesis 1:1–2

The Assignments of The Holy Spirit in a Believer

· Activation of spiritual senses 1 Corinthians 2:14 The things of the Spirit don’t embarrass you.

· Revelation and understanding of scriptures Ephesians 1:17. He reveals the mind and will of God. You only succeed to the extent of your consistency with the will of God. Colossians 1:9, 1 Corinthians 2:9.

· Guidance and direction John 16:13, Isa 30:21. Direction focuses on the destination while guidance focuses on the process. Submit to the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Allow His voice to guide you. Wait for Him to speak, no matter how long. Do not give in to your head because it can imitate the voice of God. The Holy Spirit is the master of solitude. Silence or waiting is a sign of faith.

· Renewal and transformation 2 Corinthians 3:18, Romans 12:1–2, Philippians 2:5. The Holy Spirit is the power behind scriptures. Galatians 5:16–22 Transformation produces in you, the character of the Spirit. Excessive sadness or dullness is a sign that you are working in the flesh. Relax! God is in control. Laughter does good like medicine. Are you Peaceful? patient? gentle? Benevolent? giver? faithful? meek? humble? teachable? With self-control?

The highest dimension of God’s power is in intimacy. It is a by-product of a relationship.

The 2nd dimension is the power behind principles; you do not need a relationship with God to benefit as long as you follow the principles.

The 3rd dimension is access to covenant alignment. There are people through the election of grace purely have a covenant. Ephesians 3:3–5, 9–10

The Holy Spirit has come to help so that the result you command is not a true reflection of your ability but the fact that you have been helped. Behind the scenes, the Helper comes to magnify what you are doing. Romans 8:26

Be empowered through your union with Him. Champions in the kingdom are not self-made. Their infirmities and limitations draw the help of the Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:5–6, Ephesians 6:10, Proverbs 3:5–6, 1 Corinthians 8:2, Ephesians 3:20, Micah 3:8

The earlier you admit your limitations, the faster you will see the manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

You can’t have intimacy with the Holy Spirit until you are broken. It takes more than willingness and ability. It takes humility and brokenness.

Your mind and heart speak too. Let them speak brokenness to God. There is a helper if you let me see God through you, there is nothing you cannot achieve or receive. Genesis 32:28–30. God’s blessings come the more you are dependent on Him in the kingdom.

The state of your heart prolongs the blessings of God upon your life. Maintain a posture of a dependent on Him.

Every time there is insufficiency crying out, with total surrender to God, the anointing will move to that side to fix it. The strength is for only those who have no might. Isaiah 40:29

When you are sufficient, it means you are always in order, meet standards, no disappointment of any kind. His strength does not come upon strength. The difference has to be clear He is the one behind it. If you don’t see and admit the need for His help, you won’t have it. John 16:12–13, psalms 18:29, 1 Samuel 12:6, 2 Corinthians 3:5, John 5:30.

THE ANOINTING WITHIN AND UPON

The anointing within is the engrace that comes with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. It is responsible for the inner work like building the character, cleansing, and building the fruits of the Spirit. Bearing fruits is a testament that something has happened. It’s like the foundation. The staying power during challenges is from the anointing within. It is your responsibility to work with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit depends on your cooperation. The anointing within can increase as you yield more and more to the Holy Spirit.

The anointing upon is for service. It helps you to do the work of Christ while the anointing within helps you to be like Christ. What helped you to sustain the anointing-upon is the strength of the inner work of the anointing within. The anointing-upon is the endowment with power for service Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8, Acts 10:38, Isaiah 61:1–2. When the anointing is upon, it is for service, extraordinary exploits. The greatest hindrance to the anointing upon is the heart condition. 2 Chronicles 25:1–2, Jeremiah 17:9–10. The anointing-upon depends on the state of your heart.

One of the ways you know you are walking with God is that there will be many things about your life that you cannot explain. Only God knows how many versions of you are in you Romans 7 — Romans 8:1. Wait and stay with the Holy Spirit. Even when you don’t understand, stay.

3 PLATFORMS FOR RECEIVING THE ANOINTING

· A direct encounter with the Spirit of power Micah 3:8, 2 Timothy 1:7, Luke 4:14, Luke 1:34–35. This can be enhanced by prayer and fasting.

· Through the understanding of the Word of God Habakkuk 3:3–4, Acts 20:32

· Through impartation: a system where grace is transferred from those who carry it to those who desire it. The currency you use to buy this impartation is hunger and discernment. More grace brings expansion of influence.

Behind the extraordinary results of men are mysterious graces Romans 1:17.
